We are the space you come to be loved--regardless of who you are and where you came from. Because don’t we all deserve that!
Our biggest needs right now are financial donors and a VAN so we can our residential community can travel together!

OUR TRANSITIONAL HOUSING PROGRAM NOW HOUSES PEOPLE FROM THE STREETS.
Our residential community focuses on people who are homeless and are either disabled or ill or pregnant. These people are particularly vulnerable to the streets and find that their conditions were worsening. Now they find safe space at Beloved and a place where they can heal and grow!

In the midst of the winter cold, we are sharing a sanctuary from the elements for our friends on the streets. We offer a warm space to relax with friends. At our day center, we have place for people to rest, find support, meet basic needs, and find positive community. Your support is needed to continue our work.
Since April, we have been sharing love, life, and hospitality at our community house. We meet so many people every day and are touched by their lives and stories. Every day we see the distress and pain of homelessness, poverty, and prejudice. Every day we commit to changing the world by the love in our hearts, the work of our hands, and the way we live our lives. We'd like to share with you some of the stories of our life in community.
PLEASE COME VISIT US AT OUR COMMUNITY HOUSE AT 39 GROVE STREET IN DOWNTOWN ASHEVILLE. We are an intentional residential community of people who were homeless. Together, we serve our homeless friends through a day shelter and outreach. We also reach out to neighbors living in poverty with love and support. We also spend time with children and elders.
